Chris Bottomley is known as the ringleader, bass player and main songwriter in Toronto's late night funk, rock, jazz group Brainfudge.

With Brainfudge, Bottomley has released four full-length records --1995’s self-titled debut Brainfudge, the internationally-acclaimed ​Knotty Bits​ (2003) which won a Unisong International Song Competition prize in the world-reggae category for ​‘Belize City Bakin’​, the 2006 double instrumental album Cerebral Lubrication​ which received airplay worldwide, Bright Eye Day​ released in 2014, and Brainfudge - Live at Supermarket 2007 (2022)

This event at Drom Taberna he's excited to be performing solo, playing a few faves and some songs from his upcoming double album Hi Vibrations. (Jan 2025)

Mike McPhee is a song writer and multi-instrumentalist from Pickering, Ontario. Writing music from a young age, Mike went on to release experimental electronic music under the alias Invisible Cities. On a search to be more expressive with his sound Mike began to incorporate his voice and live instrumentation. From bedroom to basement to sea-side-shack Mike has always written and recorded music on his own terms. Showcased on his debut album “Maybe Someday” Mike dives deeper into his own psyche in search of new sounds and feelings to bring to life.
