Alter Stil exists to embody and preserve the klezmer tradition.  We play songs of celebration from the Jewish people of Eastern Europe, many of which have been passed down orally for hundreds of years. This music is for dancing, eating, togetherness and community. Alter Stil is Max Forster (trumpet), Quinn Chant (clarinet) and Kirill Savransky (accordion).
