MONDAY

ANTHEA FEAVER
6.00

Anthea Feaver is a Kingston-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Knitting together the old and new, Anthea’s original music combines the syncopated rhythms and repetitive melodic appeal of her favourite folk traditions with impressionistic lyrics that meditate on family, love, loss, and the passage of time. Alongside these enduring themes, Anthea’s songs reflect on social issues, neurodiversity, and environmentalism. From icicles falling on heads to long-lost family letters, her songs shift deftly between bleakness and hope. Her debut album, “Summer’s Morning,” came out on September 20th.

WEDDING
8:00

Hailing from Kelowna, B.C., 22 year-old Walt Mudie seeks to express the ambiguity present in everyday life through melody, rhythm, & texture. The Wedding sound is littered with contrasting stylistic choices. Washy electronic music, angular indie rock, and alternative hip hop all peek through the haze in Mudie's eclectic production, pointing to his experiences working in each respective musical style. His music is as much inspired by dreamy acts, like Broadcast and Alex G, as it is by acoustic music, such as Andy Shauf and Joni Mitchell.

AMELIA MAXWELL

Amelia Maxwell is a Toronto-based musician. First and foremost a songwriter, she gravitates to folk-rock music, pairing melodic resolution with idiosyncratic lyricism that deals with queerness, grief, nostalgia, and disaffection. She has recently released two singles: Daddy & Tonya, and Julie.
