Luciano Lu, is a Brazilian-born, Canadian-made multi-instrumentalist songwriter. Music is a reminder to celebrate where we have come from, and where we are going, on this journey called Life. His goal is to connect the world through music by highlighting the importance of heartfelt traditional musical expression to the wellbeing of communities.

Lu loves music that honours deep cultural traditions and at the same time challenges stylistic boundaries. From the rich Brazilian cultural melting pot he draws some CHORO, SAMBA, FORRÓ, COCO and intertwine music from various world styles drawing them closer with each note.

Join us every Tuesday at Drom Taberna for our swing dance nights with swing dance lessons and a live band. Tables will be cleared so there will be plenty of space for your moves!

8:15-9PM - swing dance class, all levels welcome! $10 entry

9-11PM - Open dance with live band.
$10 entry

11-late - Open stage/jam for musicians, dance floor stays open to dancers too!!
