Beachside Brass, formerly Black Knight Brass, is a New Orleans style band based in the Beaches neighbourhood of Toronto. The ensemble was formed from Malvern C.I. alumni. Even after graduating, they continued sharing the New Orleans spirit to local and international audiences alike. Specializing in jazz, pop, and funk tunes, Beachside Brass loves encouraging crowd involvement (especially dancing!), so get ready to clap your hands, stamp your feed and head on down to Bourbon Street.

8th Street Orchestra

The Eighth Street Orchestra is an "experimental" jazz band which reimagines how music today would sound if artists such as Buddy Bolden and Louis Armstrong were still making music today, influenced by modern music trends and techniques.
Formed in the early 2000's as a family band in Owen Sound, Ontario, the Eighth Street Orchestra has performed across Canada for over a decade, featuring some of Canada's most prominent young artists.

The Heavyweights Brass Band hits hard with its seasoned blend of groove, energy, virtuosity, and originality! For over a decade, this Toronto-based, New Orleans-inspired brass institution has brought theatre-goers to their feet and club-goers to the dance floor with an inspiring blend of original music and unexpected covers. The decision is in and audience members across North America unanimously give the win to HWBB in a knockout!
