BLISK is a synthesis of polyphonic Eastern European song, dance and movement backed by hypnotic percussion.
It is described as a musical journey travelling through Ukraine, Poland, Russia, the Balkans and beyond. The Toronto-based, all-female trio was brought together by a deep love and respect for the ancient songs and dances of these regions, bringing the tunes to life in the modern world through unique original compositions, storytelling, dance and distinctive arrangements of traditional folk music.

Betania López, is a Chilean singer-songwriter who represents the Chilean ska, latin rhythms mixed with Jamaican and carnival sounds chilean scene.

This world music with her catchy melodies and lyrics, represent the current Chile from a feminine point of view.

Betania Lopez is in her first Canadian tour, she has played at venues like, Balattou and SONature fest in Montréal.

ARSENALS

The Arsenals are Toronto based band who get their name from the Arsenal Football Club in London,  England. Jamaica gained their independence in 1962 and the island nation was buzzing with the  sounds of a new style of musical. That music is ska. Lead by Dizzy Minott on Trombone, the Arsenals will take you on a musical journey with 60”s ska,  rocksteady and reggae music. Their high energy performances have engaged countless audiences and has created a loyal  following of Ska-Postles. The band has shared the stage with many notable acts and has opened for the likes of Ziggy Marley, Third World, Toots and the Maytals and Bounty Killa … just to name a  few. Whether at a local bar or at a large music festival the Arsenals are guaranteed to get you on your 
feet and dancing
