Syrian Palestinian MC Multi-instrumentalist HipHop Funk Afrobeat artist Mother Tareka is a manifestation of the blending of different cultures and genres of liberation music. His pen is inspired by Levantine poets like Mahmoud Darwish, Nizar Qabbani, and Khalil Jibran. His horn is a ripple in time continuing the vibrations of John Coltrane and Fela Kuti. His style and presence channels the energies Jill Scott, the wisdom of Black Thought, and the melodic touch of Yasiin Bey. He has shared stages with many internationally acclaimed artists such as Femi Kuti, Raekwon of The Wu Tang Clan, Yasiin Bey, Bahamadia, C.L. Smooth, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Lord Finnesse, A.F.R.O., R.A. The Rugged Man, Ikebe Funk, as well as Canadian talents like The Souljazz Orchestra, Shad, Kimmortal, Abdominal, Lex Leosis, Terra Lightfoot, The Vaudevillian, Haolin Munk, KC Roberts and The Sunshine Band, Canadian Winter, Kojo Easy Damptey, Persons, Emay, and Afterfunk.

Only having hit the streets in June 2022, Trash Panda Brass is a new and exciting voice in the Toronto brass band scene. Having quickly gained a large following, Trash Panda Brass has had multiple shows at Drom Taberna, opened for the iconic Toronto band, Shuffle Demons and played in various community events, all within the first six months of conception. In an effort to bring music and joy to as wide an audience as possible, they regularly play at community events, festivals and educational workshops and can still be seen playing on the streets of Toronto. Trash Panda is known for their upbeat and fun loving tunes, paying homage to quintessential queer hits and icons.

Kilowatt Band performs music from the seventies to the present, huge hits from bands like Earth, Wind and Fire, Confunkshun, Maceo Parker,and Barkays. They've played El Mocambo, The Hideout, and many other premier venues in Toronto. The band is active in the community, and has been involved with playing benefits for Cancer Research and programs for homeless and at-risk youth in Toronto. Most of all, Kilowatt Band wants to be a group that can reach out to the young funkateers that are afraid to come out, to bring funk fans together. Wherever they perform they bring the crowd to life and leave them dancing.
