The new album “Devil’s Taxi by troubadour/songwriter Pete Eastmure dropped February 17th, 2023 at The Cameron House in Toronto, and all digital platforms world-wide. This new song cycle takes the listener on a spirit journey into the heart of Canada from gorgeous Lake Superior to Moose Jaw SK, the historical Klondike Gold Rush of 1896 Dawson City, Yukon, and the rural landscape around Southern Ontario’s Devil’s Glen and the Mad River.

With informed lyricism, singable melodies and groove that makes you move, Tonefusion delivers skillfully crafted original music and re-imagined takes on popular tunes blending together elements of RnB, jazz, funk, hip-hop and world music. There is truly something for everyone in the melting pot that is ToneFusion. While being finalist at the 2021 Toronto Undergraduate Jazz Festival, ToneFusion is on the way to releasing their debut EP “Vol.1” and are committed to making music that feeds the soul.

Expect to hear the band performing electro classics (Daft Punk, Afrika Bambaataa, LCD Soundsystem, Chromeo, Technotronic, etc.) and playful originals.
