Toronto-based pianist and composer Tania Gill will perform her compositions, with longtime collaborators and good friends Brodie West (alto saxophone and clarinet) and Rob Clutton (bass).
Tania has spent over twenty years developing a distinctive improvisational language in jazz and improvised music, playing in ensembles such as Brodie West Quintet, See Through Trio, Deep Dark United and The Titillators. She has also worked in many other projects with a wide range of artists including Anthony Braxton, Steve Reich, The Flying Bulgar Klezmer Band, Rebecca Hennessy and The Weather Station.
