Guaricha’s Brew was founded by Salvadorian vocalist Ana Raquel and Chilean bassist Oriana Barbato and later joined by Nano Valverde and Alejandra Alvarado.

They are a spellbinding quartet blending vintage and classic boleros with fresh arrangements, original songs, and a whole lot of soul. They seek to engage trans-generational audiences through a musical memoir rendered with modern sounds and the inclusion of original pieces.

Although the dramatic essence of the bolero is what brought the band together, Guaricha´s Brew also expands its repertoire by exploring with folk songs that convey a strong sentiment of social awareness. Their songs are a love letter to Latin America’s past, present and future. Special guest Mario Rivas Rosas will be joining them at Drom Taberna on percussion.
