Nominated  for Male Vocalist of the year and Guitar Player of the year in 2023 also nominated for Song of the Year 2024 Blues Music Awards in Memphis Tennessee. 

The Bentley Collective has a writing style well-rooted in Black Canadian History.

In 2025, Bobby released his debut original music project, which combines elements of psychedelic rock, jazz, and soul music to create an innovative sound. His EP "Pastiche" features various Toronto musicians in an amalgamation of styles and recording techniques.
