Valentine’s Day. For some reason from one year to the next one it is so stressful for restaurant workers because we never know who and what to expect. And like we get it - it is this one time of the year when you feel obligated to take your partner out, even though realistically you should never need a reason to take your boo (boos) out, if you wanna spoil someone and can afford, just go and fucking do it.
But it is also would be silly of us not to do something special for that day, so we want to make something in the spirit of Drom - by having everyone included.
The first seating will be at 6 pm and it will be for couples, Viper’s Cloud will hit the stage with an outrageously romantic French Gypsy Jazz music, while we will be serving you some yum yum stuff that Chef Mike put together just for that day and some fun wines we all very specially picked.
The second seating is a slightly different and a more robust story: same menu, same wine specials, but we are welcoming EVERYONE: couples, solo people that at the moment only want to share their love with themselves, people, who are in polyamorous relationships, queers, non-queers (but also let’s be honest we are all a little bit gay). Lady Son, a majestic Cuban woman with her band will start off the night with the first set of a more sit down dinner music and then once you are all done with consumption, we will get rid of a bunch of tables for dance, dance, dance reasons, you are more than welcome to stick around, you are more than welcome to come just for the dance part as well (going to be around 10:30pm).
Come in a bit earlier so you still have time for your heart shaped praline chocolates consumed in bathtub filled with sparkling wine (please don’t, its sticky and a waste of wine), and then end up in bed all decorated with roses (also really not necessary anymore, we should let flowers to live). Or come in later and spend the night with us, eat the food, make sure you burnt enough energy and got good mood and good energy pumping through your veins so and go home and make LOVE or just walk around and hold hands that’s also super cool. Bring friends, one night stands, long term partners, romantic kind or if you literally just want to come in and eat some really dope food and listen to some sick music - everyone is welcome!
