Jessica Stuart is a sought-after pro guitarist and vocalist with credits from Mirvish Productions’ SIX to WizTheMC to Idioteque, and beyond. Born in Vancouver and based in Toronto, Stuart is also the subject and composer of CBC’s most-viewed documentary of all time, Finding Fukue (2018, 15M+ views, featuring Stuart's musical soundtrack), and has been featured on stages, television and radio programs around the world.  As a unique and prolific songwriter and artist, Jessica had a Top 40 single in Japan, won an Independent Music Award for Best Album, and had five songs in the Canadian Songwriting Competition finals. 

When not flexing the side-person muscle, Stuart loves to put her chops and her signature prog-indie-jazz-pop tunes in the spotlight when playing trio with killer rhythm section, Mike Shapinko (bass) and Vince Reel (drums).

My Sister Maria is the original music project of Maria Gabrielle, a Vancouver-based artist with a voice evoking jazz and blues, and songwriting that blends folk and early 2000’s indie-pop-rock. 

Maria grew up performing regularly with her father, a professional entertainer, and carries that spirit of entertainment into her current work. Immersed in music from an early age, she developed her vocal performance and discipline through joining him on stage at countless festivals and diverse venues.

Whether performing solo on piano/guitar, with her 5-piece band, or with one of her jazz projects, Maria's voice and songwriting continue to garner acclaim wherever she goes.
