One of Canada’s most recognizable voices in jazz, Tia Brazda’s jazz-pop songwriting and engaging performances have established her as a unique presence both at home and abroad. Jazzwise Magazine (UK) says, “A vivacious vocal and a sense of jazz-inflected elasticity in her delivery." while Whole Note Magazine declares, “she has a fully formed style that is wholly her own...spinning lines to unfold with bewitching beauty." Her recent album “When I Get Low”, which was toured internationally, including Paris, London, and New York, is a collection of mostly 1930s hits with guest appearances by Alex Bird, Drew Jurecka and Jason Marsalis and features Chaplin’s “Smile” which has garnered over 600,000 plays on Spotify alongside other notable past singles, “Shine” and “Cabin Fever”. Originally from Vancouver, Brazda now resides in Toronto and is currently working on an upcoming album to be released in 2024.

11-late - Open stage/jam for musicians, dance floor stays open to dancers too!!
